Cookery classes at Blackaddie House

will show you how at the same time as

being pampered! Sit back and watch an expert cook, learn the tricks of a Michelin Starred Chef, indulge in the dishes and relax.

Our cookery school classes are held every month and while they are only one day cookery classes why not make a break of it, arrive the night before and enjoy a drinks reception along with a sumptuous 4 course dinner before the cookery class the next day. Stay a second night for a further gastronomic delight.

Day Cookery School Program:

Arrive between 9.30 and 10am for a cup of coffee, meet your fellow students and discuss the days program.

10am - 12 noon: the first part of the cookery class demonstration.

12 noon - 12.30pm short break to try the first of the dishes that have been prepared that morning - a sort of a late elevenses!

12.30pm - 2.00pm: Cookery class resumes.

2.00 - 3.00pm: Lunch when you get to eat the remaining dishes made.

3.00pm - 4.00pm: A final demonstration and discussion.

The residential price is per person per night sharing a standard double/twin room or in a single room.

Supplement of £20 per person per night for a double room for single occupancy.

Superior room supplement of £20 per night per room.
